Can I use the program on multiple computers?
No, it is a one-time, one computer purchase. When you do the install, our software will record the MAC address of the computer the program is installed to. From then on it is married to that computer. Really, think about it, the program is only $5. This helps us to limit the piracy of our software, keeping it affordable for everyone.
What is your refund policy?
We do not have a refund policy. We offer a free trial program to allow you to see how the software operates and you are welcome to try it out for as long as you like. If at the end of the trial you decide you want to buy the program you are making a commitment to the program that is non-refundable.
What kind of files can I use?
Our software is a multi format player. It will play Guitar Pro, Power Tabs, text, and midi files. The accuracy of these tabs is up to the person who has transcribed the file. In our experience, the quality of the transcription has been nothing short of brilliant. There are literally millions of these files available for free on the internet for you to import and use.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. If you decide you would rather have the lifetime upgrade option and want to pay the $25 for the upgrade fee, simply let us know via e-mail and we will arrange to upgrade your software. There is NO difference between the $5 version and the lifetime with the exception that lifetime members get all revisions we release in the future.
Can I use your software with my iPad?
Unfortunately Table Rock Sound will not work with iPads. Our software does work with Macbooks though.
