FAQs

Here are answers to the most commonly asked questions we receive here at Table Rock Sound. As always, if you have any questions not answered here you can always jump over to our forum and see if your question has been asked there.

Q. I am looking for _______ song and don't see it on your list. Why?

A. There are numerous reasons you may not see a popular song on our site. Without naming names, there are publishers that have rejected our offer to bring certain songs into our library. That does not mean we won't approach them again in the future, but for right now Table Rock Sound only offers legal, royalty paid songs. It is up to the individual publisher if they want to participate or not.

Q. Do you offer tabs?

A. Honestly with our software there is no reason to use tabs. Secondly, tabs require that we pay additional royalties to various agencies and the truth is they just aren't necessary.

Q. I found a mistake in ______ song, can you fix it?

A. You bet we can and will. Obviously we strive very hard to replicate the song as accurately as we can, but occassionally we will not quite capture it. On our forum there is a section for modification requests we ask that you use.

Q. I play left hand, do you offer anything for lefties

A. Absolutely. Simply hit the mirror button on the top of the screen and wa-la, you have a left handed guitar.

Q. When will you add section repeat to the software?

A. You are in luck. We have just added start, stop, and looping features to Table Rock Sound?

Q. Do you offer beginner's courses?

A. Yes we do complete with instruction on everything from tuning to string selection.

Q. I want to buy multiple songs, do I get a discount if I buy in bulk?

A. We can offer package purchases, but as we are required by our contracts with our publishers there is a limit to how much we can discount. Contact us directly at Sales for more information.

TIPS
When working on a particularly difficult portion of any song, don't forget the looping feature. Start, stop and variable tempo will help you master the most difficult portion of the song in mere minutes.
