You might also got an error if you re-install the latest version of Java. If this is the case, un-install Java from Control Panel.

In either case you should proceed by installing the needed Java version in your computer manually.

Below is the link to install the needed JRE 6 update 3 version directly:

After you click the link, save the installer file. Don't run it directly. Locate the place where you saved the file and run it from there. This would bypass the internet download.

Once it's installed you'll need to re-install the Table Rock Sound software (i.e., the link below). This should bypass Java installation since it's already installed.

1 - when it creates (shows) the tab feature with finger positions - are these the actual bass notes to play?

2 - I see no where to save the tab it has generated - is this a feature in the full version or is there a way to save the tab.

After reinstalling TRS and 32-bit Java, the install program asked to locate the javaw.exe file, which is located in C:\Windows\System32\javaw.

It will not work with the 64-bit Java app, which is also named javaw, but located in a different folder (C:\Windows\SysWOW64\javaw) on my Win 7 system.

I hope this is helpful to anyone having difficulty.
